Michael W. Smith is a fitness coach & entrepreneur dedicated to improving the lives of others. Michael is the go-to person for exciting boot camp programs and is your head boot camp coach! He earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, NJ. Michael is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor and is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a Lifestyle Nutrition Coach, as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Michael is certified in the areas of Health and Physical Education and has his Master's degree (M.S.) in Sport & Exercise Psychology!
Fitness and sports is a way of life for Michael and it quickly became his passion at a young age. From as early as age 13 he began his fitness journey and continues to educate himself in all areas of health and fitness. He excelled in sports growing up and achieved All-State Baseball honors as a high school standout. All his life, Michael has been fascinated with fitness and human potential. His passion for fitness and helping others has led to a successful career as a personal trainer, motivator, author and coach.
Michael’s love of helping others and commitment to health and wellness continues to be his focus. He is an energetic and motivating instructor who strives to utilize his experience in fitness and weight loss to provide others with the tools they need to reach their own fitness goals!
